John W. Tolbert Jr. Elementary School students get a weather visit from the First Alert Weather StormTracker

WASHINGTON (7News) — First Alert Weather meteorologist Brian van de Graaff took the StormTracker to John W. Tolbert Jr. Elementary School in Leesburg, VA. He talked about how meteorologists forecast the weather and explained how they instruments to take measurements of our atmosphere.
