Scott Abraham

Scott Abraham joined ABC7/WJLA-TV in January 2016 as a Sports Reporter/Anchor.

Scott was born and raised in Utica, NY. He attended Syracuse University graduating from the prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Abraham got his start in television as a weekend sports anchor at KHAS-TV in Hastings, Nebraska.

After two years in the midwest, he worked his way back east. For seven and a half years, Abraham was the Sports Director at WBOC-TV in Salisbury, MD.

There, Scott led his sports department in covering a wide range of sports from World Series games to high school sporting events to deep sea fishing.

In his spare time, you can find Scott on the tennis court or enjoying "date night" out on the town with his wife.
