WASHINGTON (7News) — Tiffany Leon, Food Allergy Research and Education's (FARE's) Assistant Director of Training and Professional Programs visits Good Morning Washington to talk about the Teal Pumpkin Project.
With Halloween around the corner, it is important that all children have a safe Halloween, and the Teal Pumkin project makes sure of that! 1 in 13 children have food allergies and by placing a teal pumpkin on your doorstep other families will be aware that you are offering candy, but also non-food trinkets and treats that are safe for all trick or treaters.
